AdminPAQ uses Crystal Reports for all report rendering. When it fails, financial operations and decision-making are disrupted.

Common causes: Crystal Reports Runtime is missing or incompatible, the .rpt template file is corrupt or missing, the user lacks write permissions to the temp folder, or there's a SQL Server connection issue.
Rename the existing Reportes folder to Reportes_OLD, then run the AdminPAQ installer with the 'Repair' option to regenerate original templates.
Invoices, payments, or credit notes aren't properly linked. Check Accounts Receivable to ensure each payment is applied against the correct invoice.
Verify SQL Server service is running, the connection string is correct, and the firewall allows port 1433.
