IMSS Payment Disk Error in CONTPAQi Nóminas
The IMSS payment disk is a mandatory bimonthly file for every employer in Mexico. Failures prevent timely social security payments, risking fines and audits.
Common Causes
1. Incorrect Employer Registration
The 11-character employer registration must match exactly between CONTPAQi and SUA.
2. Employees Without Valid NSS
Every employee needs a valid 11-digit Social Security Number.
3. Unprocessed Affiliation Movements
Submit all new hires, terminations, and salary changes to IMSS before generating the disk.
4. Incompatible SUA Version
Update both CONTPAQi and SUA to their latest versions.
